1. Do you provide delivery and installation services?
Yes. Most hearth products require professional installation. Our installation team is fully trained and certified to install all our products. Complimentary site visits can be arranged through our sales department.

2.Can I install the Fireplace myself?
Fireplace installation is both complex and potentially dangerous. We strongly advise that you only use accredited installers who possess the necessary qualifications.

3. How long will it take to install a hearth product?
Most hearth products can be installed in one day or less.

4. What is involved in maintaining a fireplace?
To ensure safe and efficient operation, all fuel burning appliances should be inspected and cleaned annually.

5. What does BTU mean?
BTU stands for British thermal unit and represents the amount of energy required to raise one pound of water, one degree Fahrenheit. A 100-watt light bulb would produce 341 BTUs of heat energy.

6. Can I order a specific size or model that is not in stock?
Yes. We would be pleased to special manufacture any size or design that you require.
